lowkey lowkirkunly im not sure if i believe it has steroid like effects like he claims, but i do believe it can be super beneficial for general health.

But seems like its 100mg per serve, i found 100mg scoops online not sure how hard it would be to use something that small

Also i live in one of the least sunny places in australia so idk dont get that much sun
