18.5 M looking for help ascending (specifically lower third)

Hello I’m Oliver, I’m 18 almost 19 years old. I’m looking for help getting an honest rating and understanding what the flaws in my face are. I know my chin projection isn’t good and my ramus is below average, but I’m not sure if my maxilla is recessed, and I don’t know if my mandible is recessed (or if it’s just the chin itself). Also if anyone knows what I could do to fix these flaws, and if you believe jaw surgery would help me or not. I got an x-ray from the orthodontist and also a few other pictures of me. All help is rly appreciated

Looks like you have a bit of an overjet from the x-ray photo so definitely get orthodontic treatment as the main priority.

Talk to ur ortho about ur jawline.

I’ve been going to the ortho for like 2 yrs with Invisalign did rubber bands to correct overbite for the first yr but yeah I see the overjet I’ll go in and ask abt it thanks

idk but your recession looks pretty bad im sure you have some functional issues you’re not aware of either way get it checked out

United States, and yeah idk I do wake up with a dry throat a lot, even though I drink a lot of water, I also used to/still have some allergies which made me breathe through my nose when I was a kid and maybe still at night
