hey guys I really want to be pretty. my plan rn is to posture max, health max, TMJ/fascial tension release, optimize hormones such as oxytocin and serotonin,and then maybe surgery if I want to reach my goal. this is what I look like rn and I'll optimize my routine and see where I'm at by July 2026

tongue resting position (on the palate)
head/neck alignment
breathing habits

2. Orthodontics

3.Functional appliances (only effective in growing teens)
Things like:
Herbst appliances
Twin Block
MARA devices

4. Soft-tissue and lifestyle improvements
reducing body fat (tightens jawline)
strengthening masseter and neck muscles (chewing consistency, light jaw exercises)
nasal breathing training
