is this enough too start out? i'm a busy ass person and barely have time between work, church, and studying. got a gym membership for my lazy ass and I need to use it but i heard some people spend several hours at the gym and i feel like 30 mins a day is NOT enough

for context i do treadmill shit, either jogging (till i can't breathe, then just fast walking...i'm very out of shape...) or high incline walking at a decently quick pace

30-45 minutes is good enough for a workout your fine
