I have always been a hard gainer. Whatever that means to you, I was diagnosed with a poor appetite and failure to thrive in early elementary school. Gaining weight has been a lifelong goal and struggle.
In mid May 2026, I weighed 135 lbs and stood at 5'11.5. I began taking about 400 mg of testosterone cypionate a week (split into 2 injections) and 1 mg of arimidex most days. Along with this, I have stuck to a calorie surplus-- drinking at least a gallon of whole milk a day in addition to food. This meant that I have consumed between 3000 and 4000 calories a day consistently for 3 months. I did not lift during this cycle/bulk nor have I in the past.

I am happy to report that I have gained roughly 30 lbs and weigh around 165 lbs in the morning. Honestly, slightly underwhelmed with the transformation, but I have no right to complain considering I do not lift and don't keep a strict diet (other than the milk). I am very happy that the 30 lbs I gained went largely to muscle. I have gotten many compliments when I work shirtless at a dock and a few people have asked if I take anything.
I am hoping to incorporate a very low dose of tren, proviron, mast, and/or proviron in order to possibly maximize my remaining development (see previous post). Open to any suggestions or input!
Still feel slightly skinny, my flared rib on one side makes me feel/appear thinner and I definitely have more weight to gain. I hope to get to 180 lbs lean by Christmas!
It was never about the shirt, bro.
