5 tips for mewing (a question)

Preview doesn't seem that based though (chad2chad pipeline) and somehow mewing magically changes his skintone and eyecolor as well

I've been doing mewing incorrectly that's why I still have frogjaw. This vid says to put the back of your tongue on the roof of your mouth but I don't know how, what I'm asking is how do you put the back of your tongue on the roof?

My other complaint of this vid is it says "don't be a mouthbreather", but people mouthbreathe for a reason, nose can get clogged. Especially in winter the heaters dry the air and throat gets dry and nose gets clogged.
