I was on accutane for 6 months in 2023 and throughout those months my breasts got bigger and three months after I finished my treatment I started noticing that I developed moveable mass (benign tumors) and my doctor diagnosed me with fibroadenoma , so I was wondering if accutane affects estrogen levels

The doctor made me do a blood test every month and told me to take 50k iu vitamin D every week for 12 weeks

Your doctor is bluepilled and fucking retarted. Accutane literally increaases your sensitivity to the sun, so unless your black why tf do you need 50k IU D3 weekly smh (which is like nothing but still), as far as your new tumor goes I dont think it was cus of Accutane to be honest.

I already had a 6 inch tumor surgically removed but towards the end of 2024 a small one popped out of nowhere could it have this long of an effect? I will see my doctor about it but that’s in a week n im curious

Are you still on accutane? If not then you should not have any hormonal issues still.

No that was in 2023. The tumors developed right after I finished the treatment. And yeah I did multiple blood tests and they always came out good I feel like none of my doctors really care and I went to 8 hospitals before I got it surgically removed

BTW from my experience in med school, this is literally all I would be trained to do lmao, request for a blood test and ask you some shitty same line of questions like :

R ur periods regular
Do u take any other medications

Tumors are here because of the genetics/genes since our birth, a rapid and long term hormonal changes can accelerate the growth of these tumors

Yes but I don’t have access to results rn but they were pretty high and I’ll probably do another one soon and idt tumors r because of genetics cuz according to my mom no one in my family has had tumors and anything of that sort

All doctors are required to do 1 year training at a local hospital before becoming licensed here

I js got access to the file I could only find estrogen levels (950pg/ml) but not the growth hormones

Wdym ? You ask for a complete blood panel for all the hormones mentioned. Don't how it works in your country but here in France you just go to the lab and ask and it is refunded by the social security
