then js work out
i did upper lower split (i skipped lower) and did upper every other day- every two days(mattered how rested i was feelin)
in this time span i went from 160lbs

again all of this is done while eating 1500 calories
the only thing that matters for building muscle is working out
eat carbs (a banana w raw honey/rice cakes) before every workout
