advice on reta/tirz dosage

specifically for the girls, if any of you have had experience with reta please lmk your dosage. i have 35mg of reta-tirzapetide blend on the way. I only want to lose 15-ish lbs and was thinking of starting at 1mg dose. i think im pretty good w reconstituting but any general advice would be good to <3
