Guide Amphetamines to improve YOU

Classic Amphetamines​

Plain d-amphetamine
(common term for prescription CNS stimulant - dextroamphetamine, it’s usually used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy but can have positives effects on those without them.)
These cause dumping of norepinephrine and dopamine into the synapse. Norepinephrine is the brain's chemical which causes alertness and focus, when paired with dopamine this will cause feelings of euphoria, motivation and alertness.
It makes completing small tasks easier and allows you to stay awake for longer, and increased focus means better performance in tasks which it would be beneficial in.

These also have a short-term effect on the way you look,
Norepinephrine will bind to receptors in your heart making the heart rate go up by 10-25 beats per minute. Due to this vasoconstriction will follow. Narrowing of your blood vessels to raise blood pressure would cause a red flush over certain areas of your face.
This therefore would make your cheekbones stand out because the flush and the tightening of your vessels would work together to make your facial features look sharper.

In addition, using these amphetamines would cause your upper eyelids to lift, the limiting of upper eyelid exposure would make your eye area look better for a certain amount of time.
The effects of these last around 5 hours. They are not permanent.

Adderall + Mixed Salts​

Adderall and its mixed salt formulation can allow for slower release beads. The formulation for both is around 75% d-amphetamine and 25% l-amphetamine (L-amphetamine effect alertness and stays in your system for longer but does not have the same intensity of the effect of d-amphetamines.)

The benefits of this mean that the effect of the focus, energy and motivation that Adderall is known to cause will be in the system for longer, it stretches the effect and makes the ending of the effect less abrupt. This will essentially smooth the effect of Adderall like illustrated in the graph:

Not exactly like this, but you can kind of see the effect that I mean, it's hard to illustrate using the drawing feature on google docs.

This means that you will not have a harsh drop that would cause you to feel anxiety, improving focus without the stress of extreme highs and lows.
The total duration is now increased to 10-12 hours meaning less need to re-dose.
The slow-release means that chemical surges are avoided so this indirectly means that it will be easier to grow jaw muscles making your jawline look more defined.
It causes your jaw muscles to stay more relaxed, this helps grow muscle because when exercising jaw muscles, it should be done intentionally for example by chewing, to make the jawline more defined without causing overtraining of the jaw causing an uneven or too much of a blocky appearance due to masseter hypertrophy.

Fluorinated Amphetamines​

(A class of stimulants where the hydrogen atom on the amphetamine molecule is replaced by a fluorine atom, this means it can pass the blood - brain barrier causing a stronger psychoactive effect.)

The drug will work much faster, in less than half an hour but will only last around three hours. It is still beneficial because it means that it can be used as a predictable tool, you take it when you need it and it goes away quickly when you do not - it won't affect your sleep schedule and doesn't have a prolonged effect that you need to plan. Focus is ‘cleaner’, by this I mean that it will be more task oriented and will be good for visual work.

10mg of this would cause more dopamine per molecule, every task feels urgent and you will feel everything more intensely, motor control is enhanced form like in the gym would stay consistent as you are more acutely aware of your own body.
These enter your brain much faster than amphetamines and would also cause a higher dopamine effect, it would mean that you procrastinate no longer since this would enhance your focus much more. Everything you need to do, will be done.

The half-life of these is 10-12 hours, the drug stays active in your body for a long time. This does mean however that you cannot re-dose the same day to make sure that slow-wave sleep isn't disrupted. Slow wave sleep is when your body does the main repair work for your body, if you double dose it would cancel out all the work you did during the day, if for example you used this to improve your workouts. Because it would stop the body's ability to rebuild and improve after exercise.

Lisdexamfetamine​

(This is a d-amphetamine attached to an amino acid.)

The drug has a consistent effect causing no extreme highs or lows. It's good for a stretch of activities which you need to have intense focus for as the effect is 12-14 hours. This is also beneficial as it causes less compulsivity and emotional volatility. But the longer effect of stimulants means that it may cause you to stay focused and alert for longer, so if you take it early in the morning it still does have the potential of affecting your sleep schedule.

There are universal effects that all of these will have physiologically.
Appetite will reduce by 25-40%
This will create a 300-600 calories deficit that would reduce fat without any cardio. Repeated usage would make the gonial angle become sharper in a little more than a week. However, that does depend on your current body fat percentage, usually if it's around 12% this could happen in a week.

They also universally increase the rate that you blink at, it can create an effect of being more alert like when presenting or talking to someone it can increase social value.

Body temperature will also increase by 0.3-0.6 degrees Celsius; this causes cheek veins to be more visible even after you may eat foods that would cause them to appear softer. The direct effect is that it increases leanness because visible veins are associated with low body fat.

And of course, all of them increase focus greatly and make performing tasks much easier.
