Yes, well me specifically, yes I do shave my testicles.

I use a Panasonic ER-GK80-S503 Rechargeable Body Trimmer for Men.

I sanitise the razor, and carefully trim the testicle hairs, along with the inner thigh, and other pubic areas also.
