Derma rolling and consistent hair oiling helps a lot if u wanna grow stronger thicker hair plus it keeps the lengths hydrated, eating protein and generally eating enough is very important too.

not rlly a haircare routine but if youre also losing hair eat brazil nuts they contain biotin and other vitamins and minerals that help with hair growth
after i lost a bunch of weight last autumn my hair was falling out everywhere and i ate about 2 or 3 a day, they helped me a lot
be very careful tho if you consume too many a day long term it can lead to selenium toxicity, do your research beforehand

cut off the dead ends, avoid putting your hair in stressful styles such as tight buns or ponytails, and if you must, use silk scrunchies. Research your hair type to see appropriate shampoos and conditioner to compliment your hair, and obviously avoid heat

Try and see if you can get minoxidil prescribed to you

try hair oiling with coconut/almond oil for dryness, castor oil for thickness, and maybe amla for color, you just need to warm it, put it on your ends/lengths (not scalp) and then leave it in for at least an hour, overtime it should help!
