i used to meal prep, i ate oatmeal with protein powder and bananas. i also meal prepped chicken/beef with rice

now i just eat raw meat

its simple but you can easily stack up deficits in certain vitamins and minerals if ur diet isnt perfect

i was thinking of meal prerping around 21 or 14 meals i have to get around 160 G of protein so might aswell do that with some patatoes chicken breast and put that in a tortilla wrap and would eat it for years without getting tired of it its geniuenly the best food OF ALL TIME,

gang i meal prep at chicken breast and backyard grown potatoes just have to cook em and should leave some calories for eggs and such but yea i would eat it for ages

did you know gasoline has calories, you dont consume calories (although it is in fact a good way to measure how much you are eating)
ur body and its energy reserves gets altered a lot, you cant accuratly measure how many "calories" you eat.

in the natural humen diet you dont have to focus on how much you have to eat, you eat till you are no longer hungry.
ur body adapts and tells you how much you need to be healthy.

as a bodybuilder i do see the point, but if you are focusing on health, longevity, looks attractivness.

i need to count them and the protein too to know if im eating optimally enough
i used to fucking eat processed food a shit ton and almost never got near my protein goal
now i can actually know if im eating optimally enough

I usually have a brick of tofu and rice with an energy drink in the morning. and for later in the day I have vegan meat with my yummy supplements.

a lot of people can confirm that i am experienced in the gym:

the gym ages you, stresses you, depleats ur energy and most important imo: you cope by thinking that women care about muscles

who does a deficit for less weight they do it for less fat weight and fat get mixed up a lot, i dont blame u, optimal weight health and bf is usually the bf u at rn your body wants to maintain maintain, so youll be hungry enough for the weight / bf u are at right now
