Dont do that stupid neck propaganda, just train your traps if your clavicles are wide enough and your neck will become bigger and stronger functionally

In terms of exercises i personally loved doing facepulls 3 x 6 - 10 towards your lower face

or barbell shrugs 3 x 6 - 10
(obviously failing between that rep range)

How to train away hip dips
Most of the time it is either genetics or excess hip fat so id need a visual.

But id personally try abduction work because underdeveloped abductors can make your hips seem dipped.

to have that wide broad shoulders it would depend on clavicle length

if you have long clavicles

Focus Mid delts alot and i personally did
chest supported lateral raise
3 x 8 - 12

Focus on rear delts too for a more rounder shoulder look
face pulls (pull to forehead and above) 3 x 6 - 10

and front delts you wouldnt need to train if youre doing chest enough

but if you have short clavicles

completely ignore trap work and avoid it at all times
but do the same exercises
