well sleep is where u can properly recover, I would say bottom line 7-8 hrs, yeah it will make a difference in ur recovery ngl, but yeah saying that sleep is so important is false tho for muscle growth atleast

It's in the middle and honestly depends on the quality of your sleep you can rest for 5 hours but have good quality deep sleep and grow but you can also have 10 hours of bad sleep and not grow very little

sleep is important, but training is more important
It's the opposite training your only breaking the muscle down sleep is where the growth actually happens you can train to a tee and see no results without sleep you will just be fatiguing your body every single person who built muscle knows sleep is one of the most important factors to muscle growth
