I looked at myself in the mirror and I have a positive canthal tilt. But when I tilt my head so that a short person is looking at me, it causes an illusion of having a negative canthal tilt. So being tall may cause people to perceive you as having a negative canthal tilt.

DId you just discover perspective lol

Honestly downwards perspective works well on me, my nose is usually VERY short (like my philtrum is taller than wide short) so I usually tilt my head down to extend its length.
