best diet / workout to actually lose facial bloating

It depends on the actual cause of your specific facial bloating. If it's being caused by something, the solution would be to remove the cause, not add new foods to the diet in hopes it changes anything.

i drink 2L of water a day and lots of vegetables , I already cut out a lot of sodium and sugar

You’re just fat or have shit bones
 
Calorie deficit. Anything under your maintenance will result in fat loss. And actually eat clean...If you're consistent with cardio you'll be set. I also found that facial massages helped me debloat.

I lost a pretty significant amount. My maintenance was already only 1,000 calories so I had to increase it then decrease it over time in order to lose weight without adverse health effects. Then I did 60 minutes of Level 12 (I started at Level 8 though) with no breaks on the stairmaster daily.

ill try cardio because honestly i never work out. I've tried a calorie deficit and it resulted In me gaining 1 kg :pepehands:
 
If you've tried almost 'everything' for facial bloating, then the possible cause is probably not facial bloating. It's possible the 'bloat' is just your facial fat and it's not ready to go away yet. It will eventually, but it takes time.

Impossible + for debloating you need a small caloric deficit for MONTHS, even a year

4 my whole life i've been eating 700-800 calories a day . i guess its my age

u dont know me son. i calorie tracked for like a year without changing my diet
If you gain 1kg with 800 calories per day, ask for a blood test of the T3 & T4 hormones, and get your kidneys checked asap
 
Judging from what I’ve read. Start eating normally, a balanced diet. You can be underweight with a high bf percentage ( I’m an example of this lol) so you would want to check out weightlifting.
Also you should quit eating sugar/processed foods. It can really bloat a face 😭

would weight lifting give me muscles cus i dont want that. I'm gonna cut out all processed foods/high salt or sugar starting on the weekend. does cardio work too ?

yes in a nut shell weight lifiting does give you muscles but there are different types of muscles if you look at bodybuilders they are huge and obv strong but not as strong as powerlifters (p4p)

on the left you can see a bodybuilder named Brandon Curry he is huge and cut and on the left you have larry wheels who at the time was training for powerlifting - you can see the size difference between both of them but i bet at this time larry was as strong or stronger than brandon but i think the best type of work out you should do for you "GOAL" is calisthenics, calisthenics guys are usually lean ash and are very athletic

Yes, cardio 30 min on treadmill 3.1mph and 12incline. 4x a week
Nah girls don’t get bulky easily, you can find a routine for lower body so 3x.
