best form of cardio for runner's high?

did swimming for a bit but f****d my toenail. whats a better alternative? no hiit shit thinking bike racing online or just getting a treadmill
 
I don’t recommend swimming for runners high. For me hill walking/ jogging hits the spot and strikes the balance between being fun, good for burning calories. Compared to sprinting which I find a chore
 
I will also add if it’s runners high you’ll looking for ditch the treadmill and go outside unless your area is shit
