why would you wait to train abs
focus on the other things firstwhy would you wait to train abs
Target training abs won’t allow for a best “6-pack” getting lean does thatfocus on the other things first
abs are the most optional thing for a physique
and training abs is very hard, its easier to get the rest of your physique done and then focus on them more
yea probably true when i was lower bf my abs were way betterTarget training abs won’t allow for a best “6-pack” getting lean does that
jfl ppl rly think theres no such thing as lower absno such thing as lower abs jfl

i mean thats probably true but visually its different, and not all spinal flexion targets the entire ab region or am i wrongHe’s right
The abdominals aren’t split up into different parts like a tricep with its different heads. You can’t isolate the “lower” abs you can only train them all with spinal flexion
Yes spinal flexsion targets the whole region.i mean thats probably true but visually its different, and not all spinal flexion targets the entire ab region or am i wrong

damn well i always thought they were trained differently, thanks informing meYes spinal flexsion targets the whole region.

Spinal flexion hitting the whole rectus has already been covered. What nobody said is that lower abs showing is a bodyfat question, not a training one, and the lower stomach is the last place it comes off. More reps won't change that.My lower abs r really undefined and they even make my upper abs look less developed. what do u guys recommend for lower abs
