when I start the gym I'm most likely going to start bulking until I hit 130-135 what is the best way to minimize fat gain and be at 10 percent body fat once I hit that goal.
I'm afriad if i get to that weight after the excess eating I'll be at like closer to 20 percent instead of 10.
