hey guys so let me start of by saying that the hands and wrists are heavily influenced by genetics and that they are really hard to grow after puberty, especially the wrists because its mainly bones.
but there are ways in which you can make it seem bigger or slightly increase the wrists themselves.
firsts things first: lollipop wrists
one of the reason your wrists might looks small and weak is because of the wrists looking like this:
so heres a video explaining the issue and also shows the best exercises for it:
THE THUMB
the thumb is very important for growing bigger hands because most of the time the muscles around the thumb (thenar eminence) are undertrained and therefore make your hands looks much smaller.
so now ill give you guys videos that have the best exercises for muscles around the wrists, thumbs and other ways to make the hands themselves bigger
