Is anyone here planning to get custom PEEK facial implants (jaw, chin, cheekbones, etc.)?

Are you choosing standard PEEK or the newer bioactive PEEK?

Standard PEEK has been associated with concerns about bone erosion (bone resorption) over time. Bioactive PEEK is designed to promote better integration with surrounding bone, potentially reducing this risk.

Has anyone discussed this with their surgeon?

Would be interesting to hear which material people are choosing and why.
