Info Bonesmashing is cope - a debunk of this nonsense

I'll start by addressing the popularity of bonesmashing: "bonesmashing" is meme turned into "method" by exploitative content-creators on social-media. Those like Kshami, baby shitly, and jester Patel have sworn-by this utter nonsense since the early looksmax boom on tiktok - alongside other copes like mewing & pulling-exercises pushed by the same jesters. The proposed mechanic of bonesmashing was originally "Wolff's law', a semi-valid mechanical-stress theory from 19th century Germany
Which in aesthetic contexts is false, and if anything disproves bonesmashing as a valid method for facial-aesthetics. Wolff's law is a slow & gradual process subsequent of loading, not hitting your face with a hammer.
To put it shortly: acute trauma won't improve your bone-structure, your bones will either remain the same or worsen due to repeated damage. The list of side effects is reason enough to never practice this BS
  • Facial fractures
  • Swelling and bruising
  • Nerve damage
  • Tooth and root-damage
  • TMJ injury and bite changes
  • Infection if the skin breaks
  • Facial asymmetry
  • Chronic pain or numbness
  • Concussion or vertigo
  • Permanent scarring
  • Disfigurement
Facial-aesthetics expert Mariana Martinez perfectly explains why it doesn't work in this article linked bellow, because contrary to popular belief, insecure teenagers on looksmaxing forums actually don't know more than university graduates, what a shocker.

When one wrong-move with filler injections can induce facial-paralysis from nerve damage, what did you ever think hours of repeated blunt-force trauma would do?
These aesthetic experts aren't trying to avoid people ascending from bonesmashing, if anything people fucking up their face from it would increase their profits, so there's no reason not to trust them on this. Arguments in favor of bonesmashing will always trace their roots in greed or incompetence, opposed to real scientific logic.
And no, scar-tissue logic doesn't debunk this, why on earth people ever thought this deducts from the endless list of established risks is beyond me.

If you actually want the results jesters claim it'll give you, get filler. There's many people versed on this topic floating around the looksmaxing community, @Orka is a good example on this forum, read his guides or pay up, brokie.
No. Delete. After this, the retarded threads to cage upon will become scarce due to less people suffering traumatic brain injury from BSing.

I weighed the headache from retards vs the comedic value of their actions and came to see it's better to educate

horrid thread.

using wolfs law as the "bonesmashing" premise is moronic as you want to utilise fibrosis to get the desired affect of higher bonemass which it does do through collagen production synthesized myofibroblasts to create a bone like structure. this has its risks yes but also its use cases. this debunks absolutely nothing and the article you just dropped is literally paid and made by filler doctors to get more patients for filler JFL.

i literally have a detailed guide on fibrosis sourcing more then one shitty article that is biased and how it can effectively build a bone esque structure ontop of the periosteal membrane mimicking a more aesthetic look

Its actually laughable because some BS advocates have gotten filler and still push that agenda 🤣 🤣

horrid thread.

using wolfs law as the "bonesmashing" premise is moronic
Why's that? I've seen enough posts use Wolff's law as supporting evidence

utilise fibrosis to get the desired affect of higher bonemass which it does do through collagen production synthesized myofibroblasts to create a bone like structure.
Pure pseudoscience cope with zero evidence in favor. It's extremely dangerous & will, if practiced long enough, make you look worse:
  • Facial fractures
  • Swelling and bruising
  • Nerve damage
  • Tooth and root-damage
  • TMJ injury and bite changes
  • Infection if the skin breaks
  • Facial asymmetry
  • Chronic pain or numbness
  • Concussion or vertigo

fibrosis isn't some gotcha for this. You're not excluded from the risks, and fibrosis is fibrosis; unpredictable & not a certainty to improve your looks. You're grasping at straws to cope

this debunks absolutely nothing and the article you just dropped is literally paid and made by filler doctors to get more patients for filler JFL.
I fact-checked all claims in her article because i was also skeptical, but it's true nonetheless. It's honest business - there's not some conspiratorial plot to smear bonesmashing's reputation in an effort to get more clients. I linked her article specifically because it's concise & digestible

Wollfs law doesn’t work the same way as people think it does and it doesn’t actually account for bone growth in the periosteal membrane at all.

I didn’t say there isn’t risks with fibrosis im just saying that it shoes results big ones but it also has its risks which I did account for as it can; migrate if in its fluid state, cause infection if cut and cause pain and nerve damage but nonetheless if you do it correctly and well enough you will not get these side effects and actively bonesmash it’s really simple as it

Saying “it isn’t some gotcha!” Is fucking retarded as you are actively trying to rid it’s merit entirely which just isn’t true. I agree baby Shitley and shami are morons hence they talk about wolf law but the more you get into the research the more is that bonesmashing is feasible and somewhat useful but the theory behind it was completely wrong

Ah yes the doctors that I cited and quoted in my thread is pseudoscience despite me actively listing chemicals that synthesise this growth and actively provide evidence you could quite literally fact check. You copied and pasted a shitty article and called it high IQ without this woman saying or even bringing up fibrosis it’s literally all to disprove wolfs law which is already deemed to be false

Do you even have any reason for this? Idiots the lot of you
Well you could you look att other people that have done it along side with other peptides like that one Asian guy on TikTok. He literally spawned in a skull out of thin air. Just look around on the internet. Plus search up on Google bonesmahing gone wrong and it can't show you any people

There's no way to do acute trauma safely jesus christ i can't stand you people

yap for the rest. Too much effort to respond to all you scar tissue jesters, will just make an updated debunk come time

0 refutes?? not acute trauma by the way r****d still thinking of wollfs law with your monkey brain

Because bone smashing isn't acute
in its use-case it isnt acute trauma because you arent fracturing the fucking bone are you good??!?!?
its literally just putting stress on the area

Search up the definition of acute

acute osseous injuries- breaks or fractures caused by a force that exceeds the bones elastic limit

like dude shut the fuck up you have 0 clue on what an earth you are talking about
Did you even check the definition, you know acute's a word, right? You can use it outside specific medical definitions

"of rapid onset and relatively short duration"

"characterized by sharpness or severity of sudden onset"

"lasting a short time"

"felt, perceived, or experienced intensely"

WE ARE ACTIVELY TALKING ABOUT BONES I WOULD USE THE CORRECT TERMINOLOGY WHEN REFFERING TO BONES

because it is dangerous dont means its cope just unkown but theorically it can grow most parts of the body can grow get bigger or change overtime
for the years everyone said penis enlargement is cope its not possible without surgery but we now know its possible easier and healthier than surgery because some brand made a product and wanted to prove it is works u just have to buy some 300 dollar product and use it every day thats it
I dont think bonesmashing is good way to get money thats why nobody gaf if there was a brand or product behind it someone would try but I dont think the product would not go further than guasha red light therapy vibrator that would go for 30 bucks

I cant say if its work or not but I did bonesmashing for 2 month like 1 year ago but I was really properly doing it
my zygos are much bigger than before
yesterday I was at barbershop hairclipper got caught under my zygomatic arch while barber shaving my facial hair

my bonesmashing routine was 1 day on 1 day off 1-2hours before sleep
dont used guasha to minimize any types of shaping factor
I was taking daily mumiyo I heard its good for healing broken bones
3x5min for every areas of face its like 1 min 1 min 1 min x 5 1 min right side 1 min left side 1 min mandible or browridge total 15 min

So your evidence is a lack of evidence....
You have to be an idiot. If someone says that a car brand motor will break because of piston failure but there are never any evidence that that actually happenes then it is false no?

Bonesmashing doesn’t work unless ur giving urself dull hits like every two seconds. It takes so long to actually work and most of the time the result is asymmetrical.
Just get metal implants or filler looool

Filler is terrible it migrates and it doesn't desolve
I'm not going to do to much on bonesmahing so it doesn't get to asyemetrical plus Metal implants are expensive and I'm can't get them at 14

Work on orthotics. Filler is bad but it’s a cheap option for those who want temporary results and have enough to take them out and get new filler, so it’s expensive in the long run. But wait till ur 18 and get those metal implants.

yeah Orkas the goat. followed his filler guide and fixed my biggest flaw that I thought about 24/7 for the last year (retards online fearmongered me about filler so I thought surgery was the only way before). just came here because org is just delusional tiktok children but this forum only seems slightly better. might try rehab room's community next since I imagine the tiktok crowd with their watered down version of the bp and retarded advice isnt there

I wouldn't even bother with rehab room's community, from what I've seen he's just a whining doomer & his fans are alike. This forum is slightly better yeah, but it's still on par with what you'd expect from a modern looksmaxxing forum. But you should stay, we need less 2-IQ tiktokcels running around promoting preclinical "Bonemass" drugs and telling people to bonesmash like the retards they are

just looked its paid lol fuck that. tbh I'm a pretty big rehab room watcher and agree with like 90% of what he says about relationships and how to go about life. I mostly go on the forums, when I need to talk to people that arent delusional normies. however, then it's just delusional "black pilled" teenagers lol. it's sad because there's so many of these ltn kids that really need good advice to shift their life trajectories. however, I think even if they did get the right advice 99% wouldn't follow it because it's too difficult (i.e. plastic surgery, learning a language and moving countries, which is what I'm doing). instead they're gonna bone smash, take roids and descend themselves even further

That's fine, as-long as you're not going about life like a doomer moron acting like it's over because you're not "Muh chad", most rehab room watchers I've met have been very depressive & just draining to talk to

The narrative for valid methods, what's cope & what's not etc etc is so bad currently. There's no centralized place for newgens to learn useful stuff, making good threads doesn't matter when you'll be buried by a million GPT-gen slop or just an idiot who's larping "High-IQ pharma". Mechanotransduction → good
Just a fancy way of saying wolff's law, i already covered this in the thread

Buzzword until you're agonizing wnt and inhibiting fgfr2/3 and using androgens and GH and all the other shit and using mechanical force for periosteum gains
Yeah just keep throwing bullshit at the wall until it sticks. None of this denies any of the risks i addressed in this thread, if anything you just made it even worse by introducing a million endocrine raping side effects but besides the point, what you're describing is how bone cells respond to regular physiological loading, not acute trauma. It's dangerous, unpredictable, and retarded

At best you'll get minuscule, asymmetric remodeling.
At worse, you'll get a fracture or nerve damage, it's pointless

It's so funny how no-one agrees with how bonesmashing works, there's so much cope dumped into this shit the reasoning behind it isn't even consistent

yeah the thing is all the info is here but most people here are broke teens that want immediate results with no risk. they don't have the money or legal ability to get surgery, they don't have the balls to do diy filler and they're too scared of being clowned to fraud. so they just cope and follow k scami's advice on "debloating" or patel's laughable exercises. this is why I say "looksflation" is a meme because if even most people on lm forums aren't ascending then what improvement is the average man doing? nothing

You said a whole bunch of nothing
