As my username states I hate food, I hate that I can’t stop eating it mostly. All the soft appetite suppressants like caffeine/cigarettes are bullshit when you have a binge ED. I know r3ta exists but I’m broke and scared of needles ik 😒 other appetite suppressants? I’m just big and greedy tbh
Yes I go to the gym 3-5x a week I think my metabolism is just gone at 26 y/o
I try eating healthy / volume eating and my craving are so strong.
Does oxyshred/oxycut/ certain foods or anything at ALL curb appetite?

I’d recommend a few things. If you’re worried about calories, I’d say load up on fiber—though I know that’s obviously not the most tempting option. I’ve used yohimbine and clenbuterol; I’m not saying they’re the best things ever or telling you to definitely take them, but 10–15mg of yohimbine might help—there are studies suggesting it aids in fat loss and appetite suppression. It worked for me without causing negative side effects, but don't just take my word for it; get a heart check-up first, since it speeds up your heart rate. Also, try eating your protein before your carbs; it’ll make you feel fuller, and it reduces insulin spikes compared to eating carbs first or mixing them together.
