how many calories should I eat and how many should I try to burn or use, will it work
Are you still in puberty ? If so just exercice and try to improve the quality of your alimentation rather than going through a full on caloric deficit.

I'm 14 and female but I think puberty ends at that age so idk

Extremely hard to say like that

Generally a good rule of thumb is weighting and calculate your actual daily diet. Let's you eat lot of crap those days and after weighting and calculate ALL the calories you've eaten today, you're around ~2500 calories.

A good start will be like removing 200 calories of those 2500 calories, mainly from carbs (because you need to keep the protein, fat and fruits/vegetables first) and then weighting yourself every morning fasted. Do you lose gradually weight ? Then good keep that deficit.

To burn those calories, just walk a lot.

⚠️ Also remember that you're 14, going through puberty and you don't necessarly need to lose weight but rather fuel your growth with nutrional dense foods, hence why slightly removing carbs is the smartest choice. Don't starve yourself like a dumbass

r****d alert
Debloating doesnt equal losing weight

another r****d

'just stay fat for the next 3 years so u dont slightly inhibit ur growth' being fat comes with a plethora of problems itself
are you slow
obviously if shes obese she should lose weight, but she never said shes overweight so im assuming shes not

if she's not overweight and only has to lose a small amount of fat that wont inhibit her puberty then 🤯
Either circumstance ur answer is retarded

any specific types of bread?
All of them sis, they're 100% carbs so you should limit them, not totally supress them, but reducing your daily bread intake

going in a calorie deficit while youre mid puberty is retarded because its not the growth thats the issue its the hormones lol
do you acc think 14 year olds know what to track and how to

If shes going to go in a deficit she should make sure her fat, B6 and vit E are good to not fuck her estrogen up

yeah, I figured because I eat sandwiches a lot, any meals that help with water retention

Water retention is often time due to sodium intake (if you aren't like obese) so reduce your sodium daily intake

foods high in sodium (besides processed)

From memory only processed slop is high in sodium.
Just don't add salt to your food OR found a sodium-free alternative like food grade potassium chloride, who has the same taste than salt without the sodium

im aware its the hormones thats why I said inhibit her puberty lad
hormones are a part of puberty :wesmart:

and if she cant track a diet thats her fault
doesnt mean she shouldn't lose weight
ur automatically assuming she's stupid but its not exactly that hard to go in a 300 kcal deficit without raping ur hormones

Don't waste your money on supplements. They don't do miracle shit. Stick to a proper diet

I'm saving up my money for a gua sha, maybe do an ice bath, eat whole foods, walk after every meal, and take lots of potassium

Buy your gua sha on aliexpress it will be cheaper

ah, does coconut water and cardio after every meal work
Coconut water is a gimmick, stick to potassium chloride to add a salty flavour to your meals (ofc don't overdo it) and yes you can walk after a meal
