Yes, harmony mostly. Some people barley change: Alfredo Herndaz De La Cruz (88% to 86%), Andreas Erikeson (66.72% to 68%), Baze69 (76% to 80.52%), Hateeq, etc.
Some people gain harmony while distorted: Baze69 (increase of 4%) , Hateeq, Andreas Erikeson (increase of 1.28%)., Trvejster, etc.
Some lose a lot of harmony: Hernan Drago (From 88% harmony to 76% distorted goes from 9.3 to 8.96)
This is all from the top off my head.
I believe some people can lose close to 1 point distorted, while some gain it; however, most people lose 0.3, not many people lose a lot of harmony distorted.
How do you know how much harmony you lose? Well, just take your ratios from an undistorted pic and one distorted. That's why I think that rating people on distorted pics is shitty at most.
Women lose less harmony distorted because a wider ESR is more ideal for them, and other ratios are less harsh on distortion than on men.
So, when ask for a rate keep in mind distortion. It matters
