Gymmaxxing will be consider the norm for almost everyday 2 sets till failure.
Sleep schedule: atleast 8 hours a day
Protein intake: Keeping it above 100g everyday
no more than one goyslop snack a day
training masseters too since they can stimulate bone growth in puberty
lightly training temporalis
eating habit: chewing on incisors and premolars using my hands to eat while pulling away the food away from me mid bite to simulate forward growth and ccw rotation
I still don't know what to do to fix undereyes
