many users here would use debloating as a piece of advice for users trying to ascend, and while that is valid the way they provide is inefficient.

"Less sodium intake more potassium blah blah blah"

- Go on a treadmill

- Set speed to 4-5

- Set incline to 12%

- Spend 30 minutes walking

- Achieve debloat

(You can alternatively go on a walk if you don't have access to treadmills)

After that maintain a mostly healthy diet and you'll stay debloated.
