i was expecting a iq mog off between light and el but the built up was genuinely for nothing
it was the first and only anime ive ever watched so idk

it has actual character development

death note is just 2 smartasses battling
its good for the first half but it goes downhill from there and the story constantly goes in circles

both fanbases are larps and suck but if u take both shows alone dexter is the sole winner

i like your argument and i feel like dexter has an amazing story i just feel like the actual characters and arcs inside of death note appeal more to me personally and i also really like the art style and the personalities inside deathnote, with that being said deathnote is better cuz i wanna makeout with L
