So my question is can u lose muscle if u eat in an extream calorie defitice even tho you eat enough protein and lift weights during the period while mantaning or even ganing streanght on some ex
I was sick and I had to be in the hispotial for like almost 1,5 months and I gained almost 30 kg in likr 2 months bc of that( Yee I eat a lot and a lot of it was water weight) I lost about 10 kg in the first week bc of the water weight then it slowed down and I started a diet which wokred but was to slow so I just hopped on a different one:
4 eggs 15 g low calire ketchup
400 g chichen breast
100 vegie mix
And a proteint shit which has low calire with high protein
Its around 1000-1100 claories a day
Can I maintain this shit without losing any muscle muss?
