eat clean whole foods, count your cals and maintain a deficit

I think the ideal is to maintain a ratio of 2:1 meat to 1 carbohydrate. A protein-based diet proves to be energy inefficient because the body starts using protein as an energy source instead of carbohydrates. Therefore, ideally you should eat carbohydrates equivalent to half the weight of the amount of protein you consume daily. For example, if I eat 500 grams of meat daily, I should consume between 200 and 300 grams of carbohydrates per day for maximum performance in training and in general daily life.

Whatever you do, do not follow any diet advice you find on a forum like this.

But anyway, eating mostly wholefoods and getting enough protein is the basis of a good weight loss diet.

Im a Sub 5 chud what is the best Diet for cutting. :peeposhy:
High protein it’s the most satiating macronutrient so get a lot in

to find a good range take your body weight in kg and multiply it by 1.6-2.2 and that’s the ideal amount of protein for building/retaining muscle (but if you’re cutting stick to the higher end of that range)
