I walk on da beach and in ice cold water reguraly and pften walk on spikey stones
I saw ma parents have a feet masage device and I stole it and gave it a try
It was nice but there is a word around that it helps ur facia or some!
Is someone informed here?

best thing for easing tension in the facia is taking a golf ball and rolling it round the middle of ur feet, one foot at a time on the ground

used to be a personal trainer and i saw the best results with this
