Do I have to sleep on my side to correct the side that is not symmetric or does sleeping on my back magically correct both sides?

Do I have to sleep on my side before I sleep on my back to correct both sides of my face? Or does sleeping on my back correct both sides of my face and how?

I think you have to first sleep on the puffier side of your face and when it gets more symmetrical on the back. Worked for me.

sleep on side that is lacking then on back when equaled out
