Maybe depends how easy it would be to do myself and ice also heard that they can look really bad as soon as you hit 25

U have a good eye area it quite obvious ur lower third is the problem ur lips are very squished if u have a narrow palate i recommended palate expansion maybe thag will help with lips too prolly not enough but i def reccomend something for wider lips and just more symmetry and upwards

I'm getting lateral commissuroplasty next year in February to widen my mouth and I'm getting a pallet expander hopefully soon
