Does bone smashing work?

I I need some help to improve and am wondering if the bone smashing method works

Idk. Those karate people do bone smashing to get stronger fists. But I am wondering if there are side effects from that. Think about it, if your fists could be that strong without side effects you probably would be born with strong fists at birth instead of having to do bone smashing.

yes it works but it depends how much u want it. when ur bone smashing you are creating micro tears in ur bone so it grows bigger and stronger. its like what ur mom/freinds/doctor said when u break a bone it grows back stronger.
