I’ve heard that if you train your neck, it gives you the illusion that you have a good jawline so I do weighted neck curls but… does it actually work?

I mean, Jordan Barrett has a thick neck which gives him a great look along with some F1 drivers who also have it and look great (Aside from Hamilton)

it helps with dimorphism but that’s abt it tbh

a skinny neck can be a bad look i have a skinny one im tryna grow it rn with extensions and curls
