i always hear people say that eating slow is healthier. But i also noticed people say anything that helps u lose weight is healthy. Does eating slow really have any “good” effects on you outside of making u eat less?

when u eat slow, u chew ur foods even more leading to well developed masses or muscle and good jaw development, pair this with proper swallowing, this is basically a good habit which will help ur jaw develop better that is forward rather than downward
 
I've heard some psychological thing or something idk where if you eat slower you're gonna get fuller faster. If you eat fast it takes a while for your body to feel full.
