Eczema (Atopic dermatitis) Pls help need fixes asap

i have atopic dermatitis since i was born here's what i do. (- from someone who never bleed from their injuries)
. bath with lukewarm water even if its summer or winter
. moisturizer i use bepanthen sensi control (for all the body)
. differin (its like a tretinoin), use only a pea sized ammount for face, it removes redness, acne etc...
. peroxiben - for acne only, use pea sized ammount
