The difference between TRT and this is that lets say two people both have a test level at 1000ng/dl. now the one who is on TRT will experience more of the pros of this test level as it will be consistent throghout the day since he is injecting it exogenously. when you take serms to increase test you will also have not have the benefits of high test like high libido, good mood etc since your baseline estrogen levels are fucked. only time it should be used is PCT or secondary hypogonadism tbh
