ok so ive seen alot of people asking about test so here is a quick guide

not a doctor btw, this is just info. dont start taking test just because you read this

What is testosterone?

Testosterone is a hormone your body naturally makes. It affects stuff like:

  • muscle + strength
  • libido
  • facial/body hair
  • bones
  • sperm production
  • energy
  • body composition

TRT

TRT = testosterone replacement therapy.

Its mainly for people who actually have low testosterone and symptoms from it. You should get bloodworkbefore even thinking about TRt, usually morning testosterone tests and sometimes other hormones too.

One low test result doesnt automatically mean you need TRT.

Testosterone injections

Common injectable types include testosterone cypionate and enanthate.

Depending on the medication, testosterone can be injected into muscle or under the skin. If its prescribed to you, get a doctor/pharmacist to show you the proper technique.

dont copy some random dude's injection method or dose lol

Always use sterile equipment and never reuse/share needles.

Doses

There isnt one "correct dose" for everybody.

Your dose depends on the medication, concentration, bloodwork, symptoms and what your doctor is trying to treat.

Also mg and mL arent the same thing.

If a vial says 200 mg/mL, that means there is 200 mg in 1 mL. It does NOT mean you're supposed to inject 1 mL.

The biggest thing people forget

External testosterone can shut down your natural testosterone production.

LH and FSH can drop, your testicles can shrink, and sperm production can decrease.

So if you want kids soon, think about that BEFORE starting.

Possible side effects

  • acne
  • oily skin
  • hair loss if genetically prone
  • gynecomastia
  • increased hematocrit
  • higher blood pressure
  • lower sperm production
  • testicular shrinkage
  • hormonal suppression
More testosterone also doesnt automatically = better looks.

Bloodwork

If you're on medically supervised TRT, monitoring can include:

  • testosterone
  • CBC/hematocrit
  • blood pressure
  • cholesterol
  • LH FSH
  • other tests depending on the person

Final

TRT and bodybuilding steroid cycles arent the same thing.

If you think you have low T:

get bloodwork | find the cause | talk to a doctor | monitor it

dont just buy a random vial and start injecting because some random n****r says "trust me bro" 💀

WOW KLYRO THIS IS THE BEST GUIDE IVE SEEN OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG

Good beginner guide but you should go more into the side effects, how to mitigate them n all that other shit. A lot of people see others on test or hear about it and hop on with little to no research and are complete retards about it.

I will keep it in mind bhai, its my first guide so its kinda mid xd

the mg vs ml part is actually a good clarification because i see people mix those up all the time. and yeah, one low test result doesn’t automatically mean you need TRT, there’s obviously more to look at than just one number.

you have no other option if you arent taking testosterone under medical supervision.

you will never get Pharma grade test from UGLs.
Depending on the medication, testosterone can be injected into muscle or under the skin.
i dont know what you mean with "depending on the medication" this is only about testosterone

and yes both IM or SubQ work.
So if you want kids soon, think about that BEFORE starting.
just take HCG

overall it seems like you used chatgpt or another ai probably, because of the fearmongering and you only talked about medical treatment "trt", people here dont want to take trt doses + next time include an ancillary list and talk more about the ester types, saturation times and the most important thing: supraphysiological testosterone doses, side effects and main effects!!! nobody cares about trt.
