Idk if you're gonna get forward growth, but temporalis muscles respond well to masseters training so molars squeezing, with a plastic gum device

Temporalis training is by chewing on your far back molars.

To avoid hypertrophying it, chew less on your molars and more on your premolars and incisors.

It's a good muscle to train but the masseter alone needs to be trained much more

Mb I meant pre molars
premolar chewing is for stimulating the bones for forward growth more since foods arent tough anymore
 
Could you suggest some tough foods apart from steak?
I have a guide for that just search up chewing put title only and author foidslayer.
