exercises to help minimize hip dips

you can't minimize hip dips without surgery, hip dips are just caused by the shape of the pelvis
if you build muscle around the hip and glute area they can become less noticeable ive noticed a difference lol
 
i just wanted to share what worked for me, i used to have really bad hip dips and now theyre less noticeable
do you think weight gain is a part of it, since gym requires higher calories? skinny people have a lot more defined bone structure

i wasn’t going to the gym when i started exercising, the rest of my body also looks about the same
