I‘m looking to get custom wrap-around jaw as well as infraorb/malar implants. Did a lot of research but its super hard to find a surgeon in Europe who is willing to do aggressive augmentation. Any recommendations would be great.

In Europe surgeons avoid aggressive modifications due to the risk of nerve damage and tissue prolapse. If you state during consultations that you want to fully support the missing bone instead of aggressive, they are more likely to respond positively
