Also this can be dangerous and I am in no way shape of form promoting eating disorders this is solely a short term fat loss diet and I reccemond if you struggle with these issues to seek help !
Diet time !
Okay so im actually gonna cook tommorow CUZ MY FUCKING CHICKEN ISNT THAWED YET
But i think its like 70g protien preserving (could be wrong) but in trying fatloss (roughly like 4-5kgs) in an attempt to get a thinner looking face and possibly better waist
As of rn I am 59kg (weighed 3 days ago on a dying scale) (I think part of it is water retination cuz I haven't been drinking enough) and my measurements are 83cm bust 71cm waist and 85cm hips (taken yesterday) making my body fat roughly 20% which i already estimated around the area so it doesnt change anything
My goal is 15-16% body fat putting me further into athletic range so ill be eating like 100g of protein
For about the next 1 1/2 weeks my meals are planned and I will be making them tommorow and freezing them the meals are as follows (more will be added when needed diet prob will last 4ish weeks)
Chicken soup cuz its cold also adding egg whites for more protien !
6 servings roughly 99g of protein and 380kcals
4 lbs of mixed veggies any can work just be mindful of the macros, I am gonna be using carrots, green beans, corn and peas.
3 1/2 lbs of raw chicken breast
16 cups chicken broth
2 tsp onion powder (cuz I want flavor)
1 cup egg whites added to cooked meal when reheating
Beef and potatoes slightly higher cal but more filling
1lb ground beef (83% lean cuz im poor)
4 oz diced potatoes
16 oz cauliflower
2 cups egg whites
620 cals and 96 gram protein
Ill also be eating pickles or ketchup packets cuz I have pots and if i dont my vision goes out
