Those who know short chain fatty acids and endotoxin elimination

@Currycelloser debate on this?
Genuine question: where did this belief that it was useless or even bad for you come from? I never understood it

Carnivores like to say “fiber is indigestible therefore it’s useless” and like “fiber irritates you” when it’s the number 1 most important thing for your gut.

insoluble fibers are useless, short chain fatty acid is caused due to breakdown of soluble fibers which i consider beneficial but not required cause during ketosis u do produce beta hydroxybutyrate which can mimic short chain fatty acid+ fats like butter do have dietary butyrate.

You know you can’t avoid insoluble fiber in any soluble fiber source right? You know that insoluble fiber helps prevent endotoxin buildup? The irritation is mostly found in people with gut conditions.

Do your research on the 3 SFCAs and other protective benefits then talk instead of just looking at one side
Niggerrete im talking about insoluble fiber, its useless

Its literally an anti nutrient and is not needed for bodily function

we don’t have the necessary bacteria to ferment the short chain fatty acids doe

I love you Mandy but idk abt this one

I don’t think fibre will kill you but for health I don’t think it’s optimal

You still can not avoid it
why? insoluble fiber is useless tho

also, by the way, the 3 SFCAs can be generated from collagen, proline and lysine, also being on ketosis leads to release of beta hydroxy butyrate which mimics butyrate so yeah
