Final Updated Natural Heightmaxxing stack

That is the old stack that I was going to take, but I updated it to make it more efficient and removed some things that were difficult for me take as I live in a brown house

Stack:
Vitamin D3 + K21 tablet every 2 days
Calcium + extra D31 tablet every day
Cheleated Magnesium Glycinate2 tablets every day
Zinc1 tablet every day
Vitamin C1 tablet every day

since idk if my growth plates are open or not (most probably they are)

Case 1: Growth plates are open

Vitamin D3 + K2↑ calcium absorption by 30–50 % + K2 directs calcium into bones instead of arteries → stronger mineralization of new cartilage
Calcium + extra D3Provides 500 mg elemental calcium → raw material for new bone length & thickness in femur, tibia, spine
