FME vs MARPE vs Braces

Im suffering from teeth crowding, and im pretty sure is a palate issue, and i was going to get braces but ive heard that it can recess you, and my face is alr pretty flat. Looking to see if braces are that bad and maybe if someone can recommend fme over marpe if necessary.

Braces are only bad if you extract teeth

they said they have to extract most likely, my tooth is almost a row behind so even if i get n extraction they said it would be tricky

Understand the difference in roi between braces and Marpe “if possible” and Sarpe.

Optimizing your mid face would require both typically… I’d say start with fixing teeth, so braces if you can afford it but look at off brand Invisalign first, just search for cheap Invisalign online or ask ChatGPT for an option.

From there they’ll tell you if you need anything else to fix your teeth crowding alone… the key is, you don’t want to be yanking teeth if possible unless it’s absolutely necessary, but it’s difficult to apply a system like sarpe unless you first get braces or Invisalign, in fact a lot of surgeons actually require braces or Invisalign before and after the procedure of marpe or sarpe…

Sarpe is great for midface proportions as well as smile width, giving that movie star smile you see on actors and actresses you admire…. Luckily neither is unaffordable if you’re smart and save up. Lmk if you need any info

ok will do, but the price is also a concern, it says its liek 7k for expansions(fme/marpe) and braces are 4k on top and my dad will not allow that yk
