A quick and easy method that can maximize bone mass during developmental fazes (14-18)
Bone mass is at peak growth from 14-16, but may continue until you are 18-19 (noticeable growth)
This guide could be used as well, for muscle gain and fat loss.
1. In the morning you must avoid all carbs and sugars (non-negotiable and optimally, no food) and go for a fasted walk, this can provide a reliable 50%-100% boost in growth hormone levels if the walk is close to 30-60 minutes. This causes insulin to flatline and increase GH secretion.
2. After the walk you must fast to about 1-3pm (whatever fits your schedule) you break the fast with simple carbs, and heavy protein meal. Micro nutrients as well are important, i know you mf’s don’t eat your vegetables so take multi vitamins. Post lunch is the best time to workout since your insulin is already spiked. you should eat fruits to fill your glycogen stores and get a good workout in. If you don’t work out that day skip the fruits.
3.Post gym/Dinner is relatively simple, your body now needs protein and healthy fats (avocado’s, olive oil, nuts). Try to get your meal in before 6-7pm for optimal GH secretion when you go to sleep. Carbs must be avoided. The reason why is because your GH pulses will be FUCKED if you eat heavy carbs post gym. Sleep 8-9 hours a night and you will start to see a noticeable difference.
4. What’s the point of this all?
There will be around a baseline of 2-4x GH in your system compared to the average diet.
5. Wtf is this GH thing and why do i want it?
Growth Hormone (GH) stimulates osteoblast activity, leading to increased bone deposition especially, during adolescence. It directly affects mandibular width, zygo projection, ramus length, and chin development. More GH leads to increased skeletal density and forward growth.
GH also increases IGF-1, which amplifies these effects. When paired with optimal testosterone, it results in greater facial masculinization such as a wider jaw, defined cheekbones, stronger brow ridge. Traits linked to high SMV.
(Testosterone is supported by sleep and exercise)
