Well i rarely meet up with him since its summer now you know vacations and whatever so im pretty sure he might forget about it lets just hope he doesn't do it and tell me about the situation

Essentially there was this one skinny blonde dude at my school. He would get bullied for just being like "different" (he was like a hazbin hotel fan?, and he was probably neurodivergent or something, looking back on it.) and also being feminine (he was like bisexual)

I remember I took pity on him and tried to help him out of his situation the only way I knew how.
By motivating him and getting him to go to the gym, which would hopefully build his confidence and shit so he would stop taking shit from everyone

(The reason I say the only way I knew how is because I used to be in a similar situation to him in grade 8 because I looked like a twink back then. But I started going to the gym with my father and my confidence issues got better, as did my physique obviously)

Fuck not the Hazbin hotel fucking fan ew and i like the idea of hitting the gym with your father im pretty sure u have a elite physique i started hitting gym at the idea of losing weight but after 3 months i thought why ima not losing weight "at the time i was 12 13 i think" i didn't know about calories and whatever its been a while i quitted did some research calories diet walking you know i quit gym i did fix my diet and shi after losing 31kg i did mixed martial arts calisthenics i did gym just to train specific muscles but now all i do is smoke nd rot in bed but i do some intense workouts home my physique is still looking quite good
