alr so eat 1-1.5 grams of protien per pound of body weight
this will allow you to grow muscle no matter how little cals u eat
all that really matters is you target each muscle for around 2 sets three times a week
so youd want to run upper lower or full body everyother day
for biceps a supination/recline curl is optimal
triceps just find the most stable push down you can( i do jimmy pushdowns)
for shoulders cable lat raises are good, i do shoulder press to inprove bench more
for lats js do lat pulldowns
traps do shrugs and cable row
lower back do deadlifts or lower back extension
forearms do reverse curl and wrist curl
and brachioradialis js do hammer curls or reverse grip curls
for chest pec flies

Don’t target the whole upper body or lower body. Focus on one specific group like arms or legs etc. 1.5 per body weight in protein is nice, I’m 160 and try to reach 200g. But don’t eat shitty protein bars.

The bro split is the best in my opinion but without the rest day

this is genuinely the stupidest article ive ever seen
while eating enough protien your body recovers around every other day(unless ur doing like 4+ sets but thats retarded)
so you want to exersize those muscles as much as you can which means you want to exersize them about every other day
i dont see the point of a chest or back day either
chest is 1-2 exersizes
and back is 2-3
objectively a split that lets you hit a muscle every other day is better in all regards unless your blasting steroids

Saying it takes too long is such cope I do upper lower split and 30 mins cardio every time I’m in the gym it’s never over 1h40

ive changed alot of my lifts to pressing movements to increase bench and i always start off w normal and then pause reps
